Sponsorship Details
Complimentary conference registrations are included according to the following levels of contribution. In addition, sponsorships of $2,500 or more include a complimentary table-top exhibitor booth.
  • 3 registrations: $3,500+
  • 2 registrations: $2,500 - $3,499
  • 1 registration: $1,500 - $2,499

Sponsors who invest $2,500 or more before registration opens will have access to the room block at the Renaissance Albany Hotel before it opens to the general membership.

All sponsors will be acknowledged at the opening of the conference and recognized in the conference program, on our sponsor slideshow, and in the NYSEDC bi-weekly newsletter, conference webpage, and on NYSEDC's social media platforms.

Please submit your advertisement in vector formats -- EPS, PDF, TIF, or JPEG. PDF files should be written for press quality. All graphics should be 300dpi or higher.
